Somen wheat noodles at Sakura - Naraya - 200g

Fine colored wheat noodles with Sakura flowers, ideal for preparing a festive meal. These sômen are prepared according to a peasant technique which consists in roughly grinding the grains. The flour is then mixed with water from the melting snow of the Aizu mountains which is naturally filtered by the mountains. These manufacturing characteristics which give these noodles a rich taste which distinguishes them from other noodles. The noodles are then derived, allowing the air contained in the paste to escape while absorbing the ambient humidity, which has the effect of making the noodles softer once cooked. Simple and quick to prepare, this mixture of pink and white sômen will color your dishes to bring a festive note. In summer, you can serve them cold in salads or accompanied by a men-tsuyu sauce, tsukemono and raw vegetables. In winter, you can serve them hot, in a broth with tofu, tsukemono, a wakame salad or tenpura.
