Collection: Kirishima Shuzo
Founded in 1916 in Miyakonojo (Miyazaki), Kirishima Shuzo produces its shochu in its own distilleries using 100% Kyushu sweet potatoes, Japanese rice, and pure water from the Kirishima fault lines. Using specific varieties such as Kogane Sengan and Murasaki Masari, the distillery creates rich, authentic shochus deeply rooted in their terroir.
