Kyozuke, located in Kameoka, Kyoto, was founded in 1918 and is renowned for its high-quality tsukemono (pickled vegetables). Since its inception, the company has been committed to additive-free production, adhering to traditional Kyoto methods. In 2020, the fourth generation introduced a unique process, growing and producing vegetables for tsukemono on their own farm, thereby ensuring total quality control. Kyozuke offers a wide range of products, including organic and low-sodium options, while expanding into the international market.
