For a Sekihan with sticky rice: rinse your sticky rice until the water is clear. Add the mixture to a container with 360cc of water and let stand for 1 hour. Add your sticky rice to the container, mix and cook. For a Sekihan rice with white rice: rinse your white rice. Add the mixture with the rice and 400cc of water. Let stand for 1 hour, mix well and cook.
