Originally, the Izakaya were simple sake stores where customers could consume their drink on site. Over time, they started to offer En-Cas as well. These simple and flavored dishes are perfect for decorating evenings with friends. In this book, the chef Tim Anderson presents 80 tasty and amazing recipes inspired by this authentic bistro kitchen: fresh and invigorating dishes (such as rafy salad, marinated tomatoes, tsuyu and ginger); consistent and comforting dishes (such as pepper steak, garlic butter sauce and soy sauce); Fusion recipes (WAF Fondue, or even Korean beef tartare). And as a bonus: a guide for the best Japanese spirits and easy -to -make cocktails to accompany all your dishes. Facked with tips, unpublished flavors associations and photos that will make your mouth water, this book is perfect for impressing your guests with a delicious homemade Japanese kitchen, by deploying a minimum of efforts for a maximum of results !
