A basic broth of Japanese cuisine, often used in the preparation of soups, sauces and simmered dishes. It is composed of Kombu algae, dried anchovies and shiitaké mushrooms, which bring a rich and deep Umami flavor to your dishes, with salt and slightly sweet notes. Its texture is light and silky.

These sachets are ready to use and can be used to prepare soups, sauces and simmered dishes. Just soak a bag in hot water for a few minutes to get a rich and tasty broth.

For a miso soup, a simmered dish, udon, soba: put a sachet in 500ml of boiling water and heat over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn off the fire and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes before removing the sachet. For a broth or a soup (more pronounced taste): put a sachet in 600ml of water and bring to spinition. Turn off and steam heat for 4 to 5 minutes before removing the sachet. To make a real dashi: allow a bag to soak in water for 2 hours.
