Dehydrated shiitaké - Sugimoto Shoten - 70g

These mushrooms are cultivated in the Kyushu region in Japan. They are carefully selected, harvested by hand, then dried to keep their flavor.

Their taste is of a pronounced umami, with a wooded and slightly smoked flavor, nuts of nuts and a slightly rubberous texture.

To rehydrate them, place the mushrooms in lukewarm water for about 20 minutes, then drain them and use them in your dishes. Ideal for soups, stir -fry, stews or as ingredient in sauces.
