This double fermentation soy sauce is produced by a Japanese family business specializing in the production of soy sauces for over 160 years.

This soy sauce is specially designed to be used with Sashimi dishes and is made from high -quality soy beans, wheat and natural sea salt. The “Brewing in two steps” process uses soy sauce naturally brewed as brewing water and koji as a brewing yeast.

It is slightly softer and lighter in color than the other soy sauces, which makes it possible to highlight the natural flavor and the delicate texture of the Sashimi. Its light texture and subtly salty flavor make it perfect accompaniment to raw or cooked seafood.
