This amber Shochu of sugar cane is aged for more than 3 years in oak barrels used for whiskey to create a soft taste. This gives him gourmet vanilla notes and a complexity that recalls Japanese whiskey or rums from molasses. We appreciate it on the rock, in cocktail, or with a lime district.
