Genmai full -grilled rice - M’s Hyogo - 200g

Naturally rich in fiber and gluten -free, this product is distinguished by its slightly sweet taste and its crunchy texture. This allows a wide range of use ranging from confectionery to salads, including granolas. You just have to pour some puffed rice seeds to bring a sophisticated touch to your simplest desserts.
Awarded at the Five Stars Hyogo competition, this blown rice is produced without fertilizers or pesticides, under the JAS label (equivalent of organic in France) on the Toyooka sets, in the Hyogo prefecture. This place was classified as a wetland according to the 1971 Ramsar Convention. Once harvested, the rice is soaked in the water, cooked with steam and then toasted with hot air without additional addition, which makes it a healthy food.
