The Hiyamugi noodles of Harima Seimen are made from high quality wheat from the Hyogo region and are carefully prepared to keep their delicate texture and their light flavor.

These fresh noodles are an excellent choice for cold salads or to accompany hot dishes such as tempuras or yakitori. The Hiyamugi, also known as "cold noodles", is a popular Japanese specialty during the hot summer months. For 1 person: dive 1 portion (100g) of hiyamugi in 1l of boiling water. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring gently. Drain and rinse them with cold water. Enjoy cold, "" "zaru" "way, with tsuyu or hot sauce in a broth, with the accompaniments of your choice (tempura, chives, white daikon radish, grilled poultry, wasabi, nori seaweed, strips, ...). Adapt the cooking time and firmness of noodles to your liking.
