Jabara is a citrus of the Wakayama prefecture, cultivated in the village of Kitayama (which has 5000 trees), it comes down from the Yuzu and appeared naturally.
Smaller than the Yuzu, it contains a little more juice. Very acidic, its aroma is unique with a slight bitterness.
