These konjac noodles are made by kneading konjac (a vegetable root) with brown rice flour from the crumb prefecture. The noodles are fine like the Somen noodles and have a firm texture and a pleasant taste. They can be used in a wide variety of dishes, ranging from salad soups to pasta dishes.
