Light roasted sesame oil - Maruhon - 200g

A sesame oil with a powerful sesame taste and delicately roasted. It is extracted by pressing the cold sesame seeds after having roasted them, according to an unchanged method since 1725, during the Kyôhô era. This extraction method allows oil to keep its nutritional qualities as well as the subtle aromas of sesame, while offering a richer texture in the mouth.
Very versatile, its amber color highlights that of foods, and its taste adds depth to any type of dish without distorting it, which makes it ideal for twentyrettes, light sauces or seasoning on vegetables, fish or seafood. It can be used in various ways: in marinade, as a seasoning on vegetables, fish or seafood.
