A miso made by incorporating a vegetable dashi into it, which gives it a soft and fragrant taste. Miso is a fermented soy paste, rich in protein, characterized a umami taste. This one is made by fermenting soy, rice and vegetables and dashi in wooden barrels for several months. Kôji rice ferments present in miso make it a living product that continues to refine over time. As this miso contains dashi, it can be directly diluted in the water to make a miso soup. You can also add 1cc to your soups to bring them taste and umami.
