An oil with a yuzu made by mixing vegetable oil with fresh yuzu zest and letting infuse for several days to develop an intense aroma and taste.

Its taste is fresh, fruity and tangy with a slight bitterness characteristic of the yuzu. Its texture is light and fluid.

It can be used to add flavor and aroma to salads, marinades, sautéed and soups, but also as a garnish to add flavors and color to dishes such as sushi and tempuras.
