Salted blown rice balls ⋅ Narumiya ⋅ 35g

Tiny cracked rice with a delicately salty taste, inspired by the ochazuke. These crackers are made from changing rice varieties such as the hiyokochochi of the saga prefecture or the Habutae shin of the Kyoto prefecture.
They are obtained by cooking the rice steam in cypress wood baskets, splashing it, then heating it in the oven. These small rice balls can be used as a garnish, like a furikake, in a light soup, an ochazuke, or like Panure, replacing the panko.
