The "Sakura Soba" is a variant of Soba noodles which is unique.

It is distinguished by its pale pink color, obtained thanks to the addition of cherry petals with buckwheat flour. These petals also bring a slight floral flavor which subtly completes the natural flavor of the Soba.

For 1 person: dive 100g of soba in 1l of boiling water. Cook 5min30, stirring gently. Drain and rinse them with cold water. Enjoy cold, "zaru" way, with tsuyu or hot sauce in a broth, with the accompaniments of your choice (tempura, chives, white daikon radish, grilled poultry, wasabi, nori alga in strips, .. .). Adapt the cooking time and firmness of noodles to your liking. Beware of the risks of overflow during cooking.

I cook them with the product "Sakura flowers marinated to infuse - 35g" as well as a simple dashi and the result is delicious and very beautiful visually
