The "Sakura Soba" is a variant of Soba noodles which is unique.

It is distinguished by its pale pink color, obtained thanks to the addition of cherry petals with buckwheat flour. These petals also bring a slight floral flavor which subtly completes the natural flavor of the Soba.

The Sakura Soba noodles are made from buckwheat flour and pure mountains, without additives or preservatives. The manufacturing process is rigorously controlled to guarantee a firm texture and an authentic taste.

The Sakura Soba is a delicious alternative to traditional Soba noodles and is ideal for those who seek to discover new tastes and flavors of Japanese cuisine. With its subtle taste and attractive color, it is also perfect for adding a touch of originality to your favorite pasta dishes.
