Hibiki Japanese Harmony presents a harmonious mixture of malt whiskeys and aged grains in various types of barrels, including rare Mizunara (Japanese oak):: Hakushu, Yamazaki and Chita. Launched in 1989 to celebrate Suntory's 90th anniversary, Hibiki combines the single Malts Yamazaki and Hakushu with the Blend Chita, from corn. The bottle of this emblematic Japanese whiskey represents the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar through its 24 facets, thus reflecting the connection with nature. Adored by connoisseurs, this exceptional whiskey awakens the senses and emotions. With a brilliant golden shade, it reveals notes of rose, lychee, a touch of rosemary and sandalwood on the nose. On the palate, it is characterized by a honeyed softness, shades of candied orange bark and white chocolate. Its finish is subtle, deliciously prolonged, embellished with a hint of Mizunara (Japanese oak). It can be enjoyed pure, or with ice cubes!
