Handcrafted according to craft techniques transmitted from generation to generation in limited quantities, these noodles have a soft texture and are perfect warm and cold.

The ingredients used to make them are of superior and 100% natural quality. The wheat is carefully selected and ground to obtain a fine and pure flour, which is then mixed with fresh source water. The paste obtained is then spread out and hand cut by masters craftsmen to obtain uniform noodles and perfectly cut.

The taste is slightly sweet. They can be tasted in a noodle soup, a meat sauce dish or simply in tempuras garnish.

For 1 person: dive 2 portions (100g) from Udon in 1l of boiling water. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring gently. Drain and rinse them with cold water. Enjoy cold, "zaru" way, with tsuyu or hot sauce in a broth, with the accompaniments of your choice (tempura, chives, white daikon radish, grilled poultry, wasabi, nori alga in strips, .. .). Adapt the cooking time and firmness of noodles to your liking.
