Udon wheat noodles - Tanaka Bussan - 320g

These wheat noodles are made using Ayahikari wheat, harvested in the prefecture of crumb. This explains the low amylosis content and this is what offers these noodles a smooth texture and a unique taste that is expressed as much as they are eaten, in Zaru-Udon (although delicious when 'they are hot). These Udon noodles offer a delicate taste and texture and are excellent value for money, making it an ideal choice to discover the ingredients of Japanese cuisine.
Cold served, you just have to accompany them with a Men-Tsuyu sauce and the Furkiake of your choice. Hot served, they will shine in a sesame broth or in a dashi.
