Before any use, rinse well in the water. For a cold tasting: Drain and taste in a bowl with the seasoning and accompaniment of your choice. For a hot tasting: dive into boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve in a bowl with a broth of your choice with your favorite accompaniments.
