Created by the producer at the request of his customers, this miso is a mixture of white Miso, with a soft and slightly sweet taste and red miso, with a more intense and umami taste. Their association reveals a taste that is both rich and light in the mouth. It is handmade in the city of Odawara, in the Kanagawa prefecture, from local ingredients and groundwater from the Hakone mountains. He is then aged in 90 -year -old wooden barrels. This manufacturing method has remained unchanged since Antiquity.

Rich in nutrients and probiotics, with a soft and slightly salty taste as well as a creamy texture which is easily incorporated into preparations, this miso is perfect for bringing depth to your dishes in sauces, your currys or your purees.
