Collection: Mimi Ferments

Mimi ferments was founded in Berlin in 2017 by Markus Shimizu. In his Berlin store and fermentation workshop, he and his team produce miso, soy sauce, mirin and lots of other products around fermentation that are enjoyed by many chefs. 

All their products are handmade and the ingredients are carefully selected and certified organic. These are natural, healthy products with no additives, fermented naturally without being pasteurized!
