Collection: Mimi ferments

Mimi Ferments was founded in Berlin in 2017 by Markus Shimizu. In his shop and fermentation workshop in Berlin, he and his team produce miso, soy sauce, mirin and many other products around fermentation which are appreciated by many chefs. 

All their products are handcrafted and the ingredients are selected with the greatest care and are certified organic. These are natural, healthy products without any additives, naturally fermented without being pasturized!
