A high quality product recommended by the Hyogo prefecture. Algae is harvested in Akashi, in the Hyogo prefecture, one of the main fishing areas in Japan which is notably renowned for its seaweed. The algae is slowly grilled which gives them a texture first thick and then melting in the mouth which brings out all the taste of the nori alga! Rich in taste as in nutrients, they can be eaten as it is, in salads, or in condiment to season a dish.
