To obtain a smooth foam, hold your bowl, glass or mug with one hand and with the other, whisk the Matcha + water mixture. The gesture must be energetic and reproduce the shape of an “m”. The stems of your whisk should only touch the bottom and the rim of the cup and not to crash against them. After twenty seconds, a small foam appears. It's ready !
Maintenance: This small artisanal whip can be cleaned by simply rinsing it with cold water, without requiring the addition of cleaning products. Once washed, let it dry in a vertical position, with the stems up, or extended on its support, in a dry and well airy place.
Drying: in order to avoid the formation of mold (and to preserve the taste of your drink), it is crucial not to put it back in your case. The recycled and recyclable cardboard box in which it is delivered is only used to protect the whisk during its transport. After a number of uses (around 300 on average), some strands can start to weaken. It is then the time to renew your acquisition by giving you a brand new whip.
