An easy -to -prepare Umami powder broth, made from dried shiitake mushrooms and Kombu seaweed. It is an excellent substitute for fish broths for vegetarian and vegan people.

It has tasty umami taste, with earthy and slightly salty notes. The powder dissolves easily in hot water, giving a smooth and silky texture.

It can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes, such as soups, stews and sauces. It can also season rice and vegetables.
