Mix the contents of the bag with 250ml of water, add an egg and mix well. Cook the Okonomiyaki 3 to 4 minutes by returning to half cooking with the ingredients of your choice. Once cooked, add over the sauce of your choice (Okonomiyaki sauce if you have), a little mayonnaise, Katsuobushi bonite shavings and the Aonori powder alga. Treat yourself !
