This version of the Tokyo Hachio Gin emphasizes spices, especially the black pepper, which at this gin gives depth in the mouth while brought out its sweet notes. Tokyo Hachio Gin was born out of the desire to create Hachioji, near Tôkyô a Tokyo Dry Gin comparable to the London Dry Gin, this gin returns to the fundamentals in order to offer a new standard.
