Grilled nori leaves ideal for accompanying rice. They were specially selected by Takahashi Hashimoto, rice master at the Gihei restaurant in Kyoto. These algae were specially selected from the best harvests to accompany rice and raise its taste.
Ideal for preparing sushi or makis, the melting texture in the mouth of these algae brings out all the characteristics of the rice they accompany. They can also be easier, with hot or only rice.

Our tips
