Fine chips of smoked and natural katsuobushi and without additives, with a deeply Umami taste.
They are manufactured exclusively with wild bonites from a responsible certified fishing. The bonites are then worked with knives, smoked cooked and finally dried dried hot with wood chips without adding additives or coloring.
This essential ingredient of Japanese cuisine is notably used to prepare the Dashi broth which serves as the basis for many dishes, soups and sauces. These shavings caratized by a deeply intense umami taste and a slightly fibrous texture. It can also sprinkle like a furikake on your rice, in your salads or poke bowl. You can also sprinkle it on hot dishes such as Okonomiyaki, Takoyaki, Pizzas, or Quiches.

After shooting your dashi and drained your bonite shavings, fry spinach with the katsuobushi to remove water and a little soy sauce
Add 4g of katsuobushi and 1 tbsp soy sauce to your rice
