A natural seasoning that allows you to easily prepare marinated cabbage, a traditional dish of Japanese cuisine.

Salt, dextrin, kombu, sugar, kombu powder, chili / seasonings (E621, E635, E955), acidile, sweetening.

1. Wash and cut 300g of Chinese cabbage into small pieces; 2. Place the Chinese cabbage and the contents of a sachet (13g) in a bag (freezing type) and wave; 3. Close the bag by removing the air contained and let stand in the fridge (from 10 minutes to 5 days); 4. Enjoy (the longer the marinade time, the more the taste will be pronounced)
