An miso powder condiment, ideal for replacing your table salt and bringing umami to your dishes. Miso is made without additives, from rice and soybeans cultivated locally under the Jas label in the city of Tomioka, in the prefecture of Gunma and Himalaya salt. It is then fermented for more than 2 years then dry to low temperature in order to reduce it to powder without having used lyophilization, which allows to keep its taste and its properties. More intense and rich in umami than its classic version, this powder can be used in a wide variety of dish to bring Umami. Whether in salads, poke bowl, noodles, pizzas, grills or on fries, this powder adapts to all kitchens and all use. Rich in protein and probiotics, this powder is also gluten -free and contains 75 % sodium less than salt, making it a healthy alternative for any type of diet seeking to reduce its consumption of salt.

A family business founded in 2000 by a sommelier in Miso and specializing in products based on miso of rice and soy. The manufacturing process is entirely artisanal, from the cultivation of soybeans to its transformation into miso which is done by natural fermentation over a period of 5 to 8 years.
