This premium shochu is carefully crafted from select rice and pure spring water, resulting in a beverage of exceptional quality. Its golden color and velvety texture invite a sensory-rich tasting experience, while its complex and refined aroma reveals distinct notes of rice and oak, complemented by a subtle fruity touch. The production process for this shochu begins with the meticulous cooking of the rice, followed by its fermentation with a special strain of yeast. The resulting mixture is then carefully distilled in copper stills, creating a shochu of remarkable smoothness and incomparable finesse. To perfect its character, this shochu is then patiently aged in oak barrels for a period of fourteen years, giving it a subtle and balanced woody flavor.
