Ponzu sauce at the Shikuwasa citrus of Okinawa - Choko Shoyu - 170ml

This Ponzu sauce is made from Shikuwasa juice, a small Japanese citrus, and sweet soy sauce to make room for the tangy flavors of the fruit.

Very common in the islands, Shikuwasa replaces lemon there. It is less bitter than other citrus fruits, like the Yuzu for example.
