A preparation for lactic bacteria which allows to marinate and ferment vegetables, such as cucumber, carrot or eggplant, giving them a salty and tangy taste and a crisp texture. Just mix it with water and marinate the vegetables for a few hours. Marinated vegetables can be served as an accompaniment or used in dishes such as salads or sandwiches.

To marinate cucumbers and other vegetables.

Salt, sugar, dextrin, maltose, marc de saké powder, kombu, yeast extract, chili, rice sound extract, lactic / seasoning bacteria (E621, E639, E363), acidifiaants

Keep out of light, in a dry and temperate place

For 20g (1 sachet) Energy: 20kcal Proteins: 1.0g Lipids: 0.4g Carbohydrates: 4.7g Salt: 6.6g

1. Wash and cut in small pieces 300 to 400g of your favorite vegetables; 2. Place your vegetables and the contents of a sachet (20g) in a bag (freezing type) and wave well; 3. Close the bag by removing the contained air and let stand in the fridge; 4. Enjoy (the longer the marinade time, the more the taste will be pronounced)
