Saké Shirakawago Sasanigori Junmai Ginjo - 16% - 300ml

For a nigori, this sake is rather dry. It has an aromatics carried on the notes of fermentation, with a pleasant lactic acidity counterbalanced by fruity perfumes and a creamy texture. It is preferable to serve it very cold and well mixed to accentuate its distinctive flavor and smoothness.

The rice is here 60 % polished and then it is little filtered, which makes it slightly troubled (as its Japanese name indicates!). This makes it possible to obtain a soft flavor and a powerful bouquet.
