Saké Monsay Purple Junmai - 17.6% - 720ml

This sake is made with water -rich water, which makes it unique, powerful and rich in Umami.
It is drier and mineral than other Monsay sakes due to the water used. Indeed, it has a crucial role in the activity of yeasts, which explains its slightly higher alcohol level, but nevertheless indescribable thanks to the incredible Umami dimension which it shows.

The nose is marked and spicy, the mouth is ample and has notes of white fruit. 

Made 100% with Miyama-Nenthiki rice and polished at 59%, this Junmai sake goes well with game, grilled fish and artichoke.
