Saké Tokachi Junmai - 15% - 720ml

This powerful and dry sake is made with a mixture of three local Hokkaido rice: Comet, Ginpu and Kitashizuku which are 70%polished. The water used for brewing comes from the Daisetsuzan mountain range which is covered with snow, which makes it ideal for sake brewing. All these characteristics give it a fresh and creamy profile, perfectly balanced with notes of blueberry and Umami. It is a very good table sake to fulfill sobas or raison.
