Japanese craftsman -quality Japanese sea salt, manufactured according to a traditional method more than 1500 years old. This variety of sea salt is known for its unique flavor and delicate aroma, which are obtained thanks to the use of seaweed rich in nutrients.

The process of producing this sea salt begins with the collection of pure and fresh seawater of the Sea of ​​Seto, one of the cleanest seas in Japan. This water is then filtered and boiled over high heat until only the brine remains. The seaweed Moshio is then added to the brine, and the mixture is cooked over low heat for several hours to allow the flavor and nutrients of the seaweed to spread in sea salt.

This Japanese sea salt is presented in a terracotta vase which allows optimal conservation while preserving its flavor and nutrients.
