These wheat noodles are made with Japanese naked leaves that harvested in the Kagoshima prefecture. They are then worked according to a patented manufacturing process consisting in removing the impurities from the leaves before driving them in the sun, then roasting them with tourmaline.
This allows leaves to preserve their polyphenols, which makes these Somen benefit from a natural antioxidant effect.
Very versatile, these noodles are characterized by a gentle and roasted taste which is appreciated both hot and cold in any type of dish: Japanese, with a men-tsuyu sauce, in the Chinese with a Jajang Men sauce or Italian with a Neapolitan sauce.
