Excellent soy sauce

Really very good sweet. Good intermediary between conventional sauces and matured.
We have the sweetness of the kombu which adds umami and makes it perfect as an accompaniment.

I always use it for the fresh silky tofu! It’s much better for hiyayakko than typical soy sauce. I also tasted with the fish (after cooking) and it's delicious. The kombu adds more umami and therefore a deeper taste.
