These Soba noodles are made up of 100% buckwheat flour.

The taste of these Soba noodles is characterized by a more pronounced hazelnut flavor, a firmer texture and a darker color than the traditional soba.

They can be consumed hot with dashi or cold broth with a tsuyu dip sauce. For a simpler version, they can be served with a small amount of soy sauce and wasabi.

Enjoy cold, "zaru" way, with tsuyu or hot sauce in a broth, with the accompaniments of your choice (tempura, chives, white daikon radish, grilled poultry, wasabi, nori alga in strips, .. .). Adapt the cooking time and firmness of noodles to your liking. Beware of the risks of overflow during cooking.
