Matcha and red bean rice cakes ⋅ Yamaku shokuhin ⋅ 100g

A traditional confectionery with red bean and matcha with a sweet taste and a flexible texture. Originally from Nagoya, the Uirô is a cake made from rice flour and steamed sugar. It was traditionally served during tea ceremonies.
These cakes are made with red beans grown in Hokkaido as well as sweet potatoes of an endemic variety in Japan: the Narutokintoki variety
