Natural, additive-free smoked and dried katsuobushi flakes with a light texture and intensely umami flavor. They are made exclusively from wild skipjack tuna sourced from certified sustainable fisheries. The skipjack tuna is then hand-cut, smoked, and finally hot-dried over wood chips without any additives or colorants. Katsuobushi flakes are ideal as a topping to add umami and depth to your dishes, whether Japanese or not. Sprinkle it like furikake over your rice, in your salads, or in poke bowls. You can also sprinkle it on hot dishes such as okonomiyaki, takoyaki, pizzas, or quiches.
