At the pan:
- Mix with a whisk 230 ml of water with 50 g of this preparation for Warabi Mochi with 50 to 80 g of sugar so that there are no lumps
- Bring to a boil, stirring well
- When the mixture is very smooth and transparent, turn off the heat, then spread the dough on a plate.
- Let cool 10-15min, cut the checkered dough with a knife, sprinkle with kinako, then pour the kuromitsu.
Aux Microwex:
- In a bowl, mix 200 ml of water with 50 m of this preparation with 50 to 80 g of sugar
- Cover and heat 4 minutes in the microwave
- Mix until you get a uniform texture then spread the dough on a plate.
- Leave to cool for 10-15 minutes, cut the checkered dough with a knife, sprinkle with kinako, then pour the kuromitsu.
