Saké Cokun Junmai - 8% - 500ml

A unique pink sake, due to the particularity of its yeast: it does not produce adenine and naturally takes a red color.

This sake is low in alcohol, offering soft and fruity flavors. It is therefore ideal as an aperitif or for dessert. Kaemoizumi house is known not to filter its sake with active coal, which gives great richness in the mouth. For all these reasons, it is a very nice introduction to people who are not familiar with the world of sake.

The name Cokun comes from the Japanese impressive "Kokun"; こくん, in reference to women who drink alcohol elegantly.
