Self -proclaimed "perfect for meals", this sake goes perfectly with a cold entrance before being reheated at room temperature to accompany your main dish.

The Kubota Senjyu Ginjo is a refined and delicate expression of the art of sake, coming from the famous region of Niigata. The first born of the Kubota brand in 1985, this sake reflects Japanese tradition and know-how in each drop. Indeed, rice is polished here in two different ways, a sorting is 65%polished, and the other at 50%.

On the nose, the Kubota Senjyu Ginjo reveals subtle and elegant floral aromas, embellished with fruity notes such as the green apple and the pear, with a slight touch of soft rice. On the palate, this sake is powerful, fresh and sophisticated, offering sweet and fruity flavors of green apple, ginjo melon and fishing, accompanied by a delicate note from Umami in the background. Its silky texture and its clear and dry finish, enhanced by a slight acidity, give it a remarkable liveliness.

This balanced sake goes perfectly with light dishes based on vegetables, seafood and dishes in fish with fish. Its aromatic complexity and freshness also make it an excellent accompaniment for a variety of dishes, bringing a touch of elegance to each meal.

The Kubota Senjyu Ginjo is developed from higher quality rice and pure spring water from the Niigata region. Brewing according to traditional methods, this sake benefits from a low -temperature fermentation technique, which gives it great aromatic complexity and exceptional finesse.
