Saké Monsay Gold Junmai Ginjo - 14.9% - 720ml

An Omachi Junmai Ginjo with sublime fruity notes of yellow fruits, such as apple, pear, pineapple and banana, supplemented by wheat and buckwheat cereal notes. Its nose is intense and complex. The generous and ample mouth.

Made 100% with Miyama-Nenthiki rice, this sake is all perfume, with a very rich and persistent Umami dimension on the palate. Rich in amino-acids, it is wonderfully accompanied by a dish which we would try to soften and round the acidity and prolong the length in the mouth. He agrees very well with a good goat cheese, served with a little honey.
