This sake is dry, with strong acidity and the rich flavors of Gohyaku Mangoku rice. It can be enjoyed both hot and cold, offering flexibility in serving.

Developed by Koshino Megumi, a company of local rice growers in Toyama, this sake is made using Gohyaku Mangoku rice grown on their own estate. The brewery's ambition is to produce a sake that brings out the best in rice and can be enjoyed at its best.

Kisaki Blanc 65" is a pure sake, brewed with quality Gohyaku Mangoku rice and a 65% polish. It has a high acidity, a characteristic that highlights the unique flavors of the rice used, and is particularly pleasant when served hot (in "atsukan"). It pairs well with a variety of cuisines, from Japanese to Western, making this sake an excellent choice for everyday dining.

This sake is the only variety in the "Kisaki" series to use Gohyaku Mangoku rice, allowing connoisseurs to fully discover the flavors of this specific rice.

Keep away from light, in a dry, temperate place.

"Founded in 1877 in Toyama, Yoshinotomo Shuzō embodies the essence of pure sake. A pioneer of pure rice juice, it has devoted itself exclusively to the production of 100% pure rice sake since the 1980s. Its spring water, drawn from 50 meters underground and filtered by the Tateyama mountains, sublimates every drop. Yoshinotomo celebrates the pleasure of sharing sake with friends. Its ambition? To offer a well-balanced beverage that tastes just as good hot as it does chilled, accompanying a wide range of dishes without ever tiring the palate. Committed to tradition and excellence, the house favors local rice varieties such as Yamada Nishiki or Gohyakumangoku, carefully cut to reveal subtle aromas and unique depth."
