This sake is dry, with high acidity and the rich flavors of Gohyaku Mangoku rice. It can be enjoyed either hot or cold, offering versatility in how it is served.

 Developed by Koshino Megumi, a cooperative of local rice farmers in Toyama, this sake is brewed using Gohyaku Mangoku rice grown on their own farm. The brewery aims to produce a sake that showcases the rice to its fullest potential and can be enjoyed at its very best.

"Kisaki Blanc 65" is a junmai sake, brewed with Gohyaku Mangoku rice and polished to 65%. It features high acidity, a characteristic that highlights the unique flavors of the rice used, and is particularly enjoyable when served warm (as "atsukan"). It pairs well with a variety of cuisines, ranging from Japanese to Western dishes, making this sake an excellent choice for an everyday dinner.

This sake is the only variety in the "Kisaki" series to use Gohyaku Mangoku rice, allowing enthusiasts to fully appreciate the flavors of this specific rice.

Fondée en 1877 à Toyama, Yoshinotomo Shuzō incarne l’essence du saké pur. Pionnière du pur jus de riz, elle se consacre exclusivement à la production de saké 100 % pur riz depuis les années 1980. Son eau de source, puisée à 50 mètres sous terre et filtrée par les montagnes de Tateyama, sublime chaque goutte. Yoshinotomo célèbre le plaisir de partager un bon saké entre amis. Son ambition ?
